What we can already tell you

• AskMyHomeAI proxies encrypted traffic between your device and your Home Assistant home over an outbound tunnel. We do not add a login of our own, and we do not see your Home Assistant password.
• The monthly AI house report is built from aggregated telemetry (things like energy totals and detected issues), not from the raw contents of your home's data.
• AskMyHomeAI is sold and activated through professional installers, who may see and manage the remote-access status of the homes they install it on.

What is still being written

The full policy - covering exactly what is logged, for how long, which sub-processors are used, and how to exercise your data-protection rights - is being finalized. Until it is published here, write to us with any question and we will answer directly.
